Prime Finance PLC is a Licensed Finance Company (LFC) registered with the Monetary Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka under the Finance Business Act. 42 of 2011. Incorporated in 2004, and listed in the Colombo Stock Exchange in 2012, the Company is a subsidiary of the Prime Lands (Pvt.) Ltd, a real estate giant in the country and has been in operation for 25 progressive years. As an LFC operating in the domicile of Sri Lanka, the Company provides a diverse range of products and services to its customers including Property Finance, Fixed Deposits, Business Loans, Vehicle Leasing, Savings Accounts, and Real Estate services.
